Dosage:
Adults Only: 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Vitamin Supplements should not replace a balance diet. This product contains Selenum which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for children under the age of 15 years.
