Dosage:
Adults & Children: gently apply cream on painful area as required. Reapply as needed. Acute cases may need 2-3 applications over 10 minutes. For external use on unbroken skin only. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

Constituents:
Each 100g contains Arnica montana extract equiv to 1.05g dry flower and essences of fresh WA flowers: Tropaeolum Majus (1ng), Eucalyptus Ficifolia (1ng), Salix Alba (1ng), Clematis Vitalba (1ng). Contains Preservative: Phenoxyethanol 10mg/g.
