Dosage:
For Adults: Take two to four Caps daily with one glass (250mls) of water. Not recommended that this product not be taken by children under 12 years of age. Note: This product generally produces bowel movement in 6-12 hours. Caution: Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek the advice of your healthcare practitioner before taking this product. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. if symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.

Constituents:
Each preservative free capsule contains: 425mg of powdered herb: Rhamnus Putshianus (Cascara Sagrada) Bark (196.1mg), Frangula Bark Powder (763.9mg), Liquorice Powder (65.4mg), Capsicum anniim (Capsicum) Fruit (21.8mg), Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Rhizome (21.8mg), Agropyron Repens (Couchgrass) Rhizome (10.9mg), Berberis Aquifolium (Oregon Grape) Root (10.9mg), Trifolium Pratense (Red Clover) Flowers (10.9mg), Rheum Officinale (Rhubarb) Root (10.9mg). Free of yeast, added sugars, lactose, gluten, starch, artificial colourings and flavourings or preservatives.

Used For:
Assists in the relief and treatment of occasional constipation, formulated with added ingredients to reduce "griping". It is recommended to drink plenty of water and increase fibre in the diet
